Where can our group make contributions to the District, Area, and GSO?

Over the years, Alcoholics Anonymous has affirmed and strengthened a tradition of being fully self-supporting and of neither seeking nor accepting contributions from nonmembers.

Be sure to include your groups identification number, if your group is registered. This will assure that your group is credited with the contribution. Regestered groups in District 8 can find their registration number by going to the Meeting Locator and opening the Registered Groups List

Suggested contributions based on expences per member can be found in the Self Support Pamphlet    Our district and central service office are combined in District 8.  Therefore the suggested contribution to the district would be 60% using the example tables. These are suggestions only; groups are autonomous and can contribute as much are as little as informed group conscience decides.  After group expenses, what is your informed group conscience for distribution of excess funds?
